Sitting Buddha and Reclining Buddha, Biggest in South East Asia

Was in Kelantan last month Oct 2013 for a project. While on the way to the customer office, passed by chinese temple. It's near the area called Cabang Ampat.

It amaze me as the sitting buddha and reclining buddha was the largest......in South East Asia. Wow. Best part, its located in Kelantan.

It's certainly an eye opener for me.

By the way, the photo was taken using my old but reliable Samsung i780 handphone.

Think twice before blowing the whistle

Read this from The Star.

It's not easy trying to uphold the rights. We have to think twice before doing it, even when you know what's right and what's wrong.

In this dog eats dog world, it does not pay to uphold what you believe that is right. Its best to sulk rather than suffer from the after effect whistleblowing. And don't always believe management is the right place to refer to, as most of the time management is the one that will play you out right!

It's hard working with laggard and truant staff

It's hard to work with colleague who is laggard and those who have tardiness and truancy issue.

I do have colleague who could tell you that they've done the job assigned, but checked further actually did not do the work.

Not only that, the colleague are full of ego. Cannot be chided, else will argue with you. Dare to tell to the boss work has been done until caught red handed.

Such people are full of crap.

They are already caught "red handed" not doing their work, not sincere in what they say. If they are in my former company, I'm sure they'll get warning letter or be shown the "highway"..

Some site good for reading tho...
