Poor Little Jia Hui

I have been following the news of this little boy Jia Hui from Penang.

Its indeed a sad story.

This boy is suppose to be adopted by his grandaunt. However, things took a turn for worst.

His grandaunt has to give him up due to health reason. Both Jia Hui's grandaunt and granduncle are both unable to provide care for Jia Hui because of their medical conditions.

I hope good samaritan helps out this little boy and his other sibling.

I really hope to see him grown up to be a good person and serve back the community one day.

Its really sad to see him staying home alone for 2 years fending for himself with just an ATM card, and sometimes without money.

Many thanks to the good samaritans who is generous enough to provide some food to this little boy.

Calling all good samaritan, kindly assist this boy.

Jia hui, do remain strong ya.

Should I call it Helpdesk or Helldesk ?

Call centre jobs...one of the most stressful job in the world.
So many things to follow by, like KPI, SLA, customers satisfaction .........bla bla bla. The list goes on.
When I first joined a call centre, I have high regards for it and everything in it. wow IT Helpdesk Specialist or IT Helpdesk Analyst. Nice name and job title.
I think I'm changing my mindset, lets call it Helldesk. I gotta follow the Malaysian trend.
IT Helldesk Analyst....now this is cool!
According to one of the training that I went, the sifoo lecturer highlighted that call centre industry will be one of the major industry that will "melanda" Malaysian shore. Its gonna be billion ringgit industry.
I guess it will indeed be. Its just the mentality of Malaysians adapting to the industry. Or should I say the industry adapting to it?
Hilariously, I found the meaning searching for the word Helldesk on the internet:

Managing People....

Its not easy managing people, you'll get what I mean from the following picture.
